Step 2. CONSULT
Once you have spoken with an Archadeck of Charlotte representative by telephone, he or she will schedule your free, in-home design consultation. During this consultation, we will walk through your property to discuss your project and perform a comprehensive needs analysis. At this time, your Archadeck representative will be able to show you previous design and build projects to spark imagination for your design. We will present product recommendations to help you make informed decisions about your new project.

Step 3. DESIGN
Once your no-obligation design consultation is complete, Archadeck of Charlotte will create a 3-D design of your intended outdoor living project. This design will show your project from various points of view, giving you a fantastic visualization of your custom outdoor living design. Smaller projects might include a classic Archadeck design or 2-D drawings. Once your design is confirmed, we will present your contract with exact pricing for your project, as well as a complete list of product specifications that will be used to build your project.

Step 4. BUILD
When it comes to building your project, Archadeck of Charlotte does it all! From project permitting with your municipality, through final clean-up, we will do all the leg work to bring your new project into reality. Once the building is completed, we will perform a comprehensive final walkthrough with you, and address any issues to your complete satisfaction.
